WHAT I DO
As an Executive Producer, I'm responsible for managing the TV show from concept to completion. I’m involved from the very beginning, helping to develop the idea and assembling the perfect team—whether that’s the writers, directors, or cast. I also take charge of the financial aspects, ensuring the budget is secured and that we stick to it throughout the entire production process.
As a Creative Consultant for various independent projects, I am actively involved in nurturing the next generation of creators. Leveraging my extensive experience, I offer strategic guidance on project development, ensuring that each concept is aligned with global market trends and resonates with diverse audiences.
How I’ve Worked
Here are two examples of my work that showcase how I’ve successfully applied my expertise:
As part of my role for the Asian Animation Summit, I was responsible for evaluating pitches, providing creative feedback, and helping to shape compelling presentations. My aim was to prepare these projects for successful pitches to broadcasters and investors.
Previously, I served as Creative Producer at SeeView Productions. During this time, I helped develop a slate of scripted content focused on evoking joy, laughter, and positive emotions. I also played a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing industry relationships, building a strong network of collaborators, broadcasters, and talent to support both current and future projects.

Global Media Leader
Prior to dedicating my efforts to Carrington Media, I served as the Director of Entertainment & Specialist Content at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) for four years. During my tenure, I oversaw a wide range of diverse programming across TV, On-Demand, and National Radio, including notable titles like Mystery Road: Origin, Total Control, Stateless, Bluey, and The Newsreader.
Before the ABC, I worked overseas for prominent media organisations such as Time Warner, Zodiak Media, HIT Entertainment, LEGO Media, and the BBC.
Beyond my professional achievements, I am committed to giving back as a member of the Australian Film Institute, the British Academy of Film & Television, the Royal Television Society, the International Academy of Arts & Sciences, a Founding and Lifetime Patron of the Children's Media Foundation, and the Screen Producers Association of Australia.
I am first generation Australian and I grew up in regional New South Wales. I admire great stories that represent and reflect the variety and richness of the world's cultures and people. And I'm especially interested in content that inspires audiences curiosity and stimulates their emotions, as well as helping them to have some fun and laugh out loud!
My extensive experience across many facets of content development and commissioning have led me to a fulfilling career where I am fortunate enough to not only have influenced, but also delivered, positive change to the organisations I have engaged with.
